Intentify Demand are on a mission to disrupt the B2B demand and lead generation space. To support our continuous business growth, we're now actively searching for an experienced Senior Account Director to join our EMEA team. In this role, you'll play an important part in helping us achieve our mission and shaping the future of our industry

Job description

Currently, we are seeking an individual with a well-established network of agency and client relationships throughout the EMEA region to add to our team. The ideal candidate will use these connections and their wealth of industry experience to secure new meetings and win new business. 

This role is pivotal in our expansion plans for the EMEA region and you must thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative startup environment.

Responsibilities

  • Drive individual sales number and exceed quotas
  • Collaborate with agencies and clients to grow and expand our current network
  • Work with Campaign Management and Marketing to service existing clients or reach new clients
  • Attend events, client networks and shows to increase Intentify Demand's brand awareness and grow client base

**Note: responsibilities can vary depending on the prior experience of each candidate

Skills

  • Strong hunter attitude with a proven track record of acquiring new accounts
  • Team player who embraces our company culture of positivity and a growth mindset
  • Excellent communication and people skills
  • Good creativity and problem solving

Qualifications/Experience

  • At least 5+ years in the demand/lead generation space
  • Experience retaining and growing accounts
  • Agency and/or direct client relationships (current)
  • Looking to be a part of an ambitious, growing company, and get involved with multiple company projects
