Job description

We are currently in search of a Campaign Manager to provide essential support to our agencies and clients with campaign setup, asset development, lead reporting and day-to-day account management.

This role is pivotal in our expansion plans for the US region and you must thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative startup environment. The role will be based remotely with a preference for Austin, Texas based candidates.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain strong client and agency relationships by delivering excellent customer service, communication, attention to detail, and a collaborative teamwork approach
  • Manage end-to-end setup, onboarding, and tracking of campaigns, ensuring they meet client objectives
  • Proactively address areas of concern and resolve client challenges, including utilising third-party platforms when necessary
  • Analyse campaign performance, generate insights, and show results to clients through structured client-facing reports
  • Lead client meetings to discuss campaign progress, optimisation strategies, and determine upcoming goals
  • A strong focus on detail is a must, ensuring all work delivered meets the highest quality standards
  • You will be required to attend client lunches or drinks with sales reps from time to time

Skills/Experience

  • Experience in a B2B environment is advantageous but not essential
  • Communication skills and the ability to maintain client relationships
  • Problem solving abilities
  • Proficient in Microsoft office tools such as PowerPoint and Excel
  • Detail orientated
  • Time management and prioritisation skills
  • Flexibility to work in a fast paced environment
